IT Project Manager
Job Summary
A growing software company in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Chief Technology Officer Software, also aligned with a Vice President of Technology leadership role, to guide technology strategy, software delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical team development. This is a full-time, direct hire, on-site opportunity for a hands‑on technology executive who can connect business goals with scalable, secure, and high‑performing technology solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the technology roadmap for a fast‑growing organization with strong leadership support, a collaborative team environment, and meaningful influence over product direction and operational success. The ideal candidate will enjoy leading people, improving systems, driving innovation, and working closely with executive leadership to support long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company’s technology vision, roadmap, architecture strategy, and long‑term technical direction.
- Lead software engineering, product delivery, Dev Ops, infrastructure, security, and technology operations teams.
- Oversee software architecture, development, testing, deployment, system performance, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Build, mentor, recruit, and retain high‑performing technology teams while promoting accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Manage cybersecurity programs, risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity, vendor relationships, and technology partnerships.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, technology investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Salary range: $75,000 to $110,000 per year.
- Bonus potential available.
