Smith+Neo seeks a Pressure Injury Prevention Customer Success Specialist to drive adoption and expansion of the LEAF platform. You will lead training, Go-Live events, and ongoing education while ensuring high utilization across accounts.
You will collaborate with sales, clinical resources, and care teams to onboard new IDN accounts, troubleshoot, and provide on-site or remote support to embed LEAF into daily workflows. Travel up to 50% is required.
