Smith+Naphew is seeking a Pressure Injury Prevention Customer Success Specialist to drive adoption and optimization of the LEAF technology platform. You will lead initial training, coordinate Go-Live events, and provide ongoing education to ensure high utilization across assigned accounts.
You will partner with sales and clinical teams to onboard IDNs, analyze data, deliver insights, and support quarterly reviews. Travel up to 50% and a nursing background are preferred.
