Directly responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring members of the Infrastructure Team; monitoring performance and stability across IT infrastructure and proactively identifying areas for impro
vemnt.
Holds regular performance reviews for all direct reports and provides results to IT Admin

strtion
Responsible for building and maintaining team goals, operational objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, service reliability, and team p
erforance.
Ensures the physical and digital security of sensitive hardware and soft
ware sstems.
Maintains current knowledge of infrastructure best practices, emerging trends, and indu
stry stndards.
Evaluates hardware, software, and infrastructure solutions from vendors, and creates RFPs when needed
f
or acqusitions.
Defines divisional policies and procedures and ensures that they are clearly documented and u
nderstoodby staff.
Maintains comprehensive documentation of infrastructure systems, ensuring all procedures, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and processes are stored in a central repository acc
e
ssible tothe team.

Monitors the installation, operation, maintenance, and performance of all network and communications technologies, ensuring reliab
ility even during peak utilization.
Creates, updates, and tests disaster recovery plans and business continuity procedures in collaboration with IT Leadership; ensuring tests
are performed and results validated.
Works with IT Administration and the Threat & Vulnerability Manager to update, maintain,an
d implement the Cit’s Security Policy.
Collaborates with the IT Leadership Team to develop, maintain, and enhance t
h
e department’s busiess continuity plan.
Coordinates with external contractors and professional service
providers to accomplish departmental goals.
Evaluates and maintains divisional train

ng requirements and ogoing education plans.
Supports other departmental functions as requird
by IT Administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR a minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology as a Network Manager, Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role, including
