SLB is seeking a motivated Logistics Team Lead to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business.
The Logistics Team Lead is responsible for providing day to day leadership, direction, and accountability for Logistics and Site Services Material Specialists. The Team Lead ensures the team is aligned with business priorities, customer requirements, shipment schedules, and operational objectives while driving safe, efficient, and reliable execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the daily activities and priorities of Logistics and Site Services Material Specialists.
Assign workload, balance resources, and ensure timely execution of critical activities.
Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development support.
Monitor logistics, material availability, shipment readiness, and customer delivery requirements.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues and remove operational barriers.
Monitor team performance against key operational, service, cost, and HSE metrics.
Identify and elevate risks that could impact material flow, production, or customer delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, service, and process standardization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ERP processes, and HSE requirements.
Serve as the primary escalation point for issues within the team and provide clear communication to management and stakeholders.
Develop team capability and promote a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
2–4 years of experience in team leadership, manufacturing, logistics, materials, planning, supply chain, or operations.
Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading teams, projects, or cross-functional activities.
Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, materials, or supply chain workflows.
Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment with multiple competing priorities preferred.
Previous supervisory, team lead, or people-leadership experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Experience with BOM management, MRP, document control systems, or related manufacturing systems preferred.
Ability to manage and track shipments, schedules, milestones, material requirements, and project documentation.
Ability to analyze operational data and use information to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Experience with Power BI or other data analytics/visualization tools preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and elevate issues appropriately.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
