Floor Technician

FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions.

  Full time and part time schedules. Monday - Friday and rotating weekends. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement:
  At least 1 year of experience required.
• Pay Range: $12.00 per hour to $15.00 per hour.

Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

• Maintains knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
