JOB SUMMARYTo assist the office personnel with daily activities. Pick up and deliver packages for daily operations of the business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSAssist with managing and monitoring storage and warehouse.
Perform routine sanitizing and cleaning of all equipment that comes through the facility.
Maintain and update files and records associate with inventory.
Receives and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints that may pertain to equipment issues and services requests.
Whenever possible, resolves question directly so that customer receives prompt satisfaction.
Explains equipment use and function in a manner that is clear to the customer and answers all questions.
Assist DME department with shipping and receiving.
Assist DME with managing inventory.
Takes note of recurring questions or problems that may be resolved or alleviated by changes in procedures.
Upkeep of all necessary paperwork and logs to FDA standards.
Follows office workflow procedures.
Pick up and deliver packages, documents, or other items for office.
Assist with other duties as required.
Equipment upkeep and maintenance.
JOB SPECIFICATIONSMust hold a valid state driver’s license.
High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months of related experience.
Organization skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Ability to left up to 50 lbs.
Indoors, office, business clothes, occasional outside environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes when inside. No environmental or job hazards.
