- Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing maintenance operations across multiple sites or regions.
- Certification in safety management or relevant industry standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced CMMS functionalities.
- Demonstrated leadership training or professional development in team management.
- Supervise and lead maintenance teams across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and extend asset life.
- Coordinate with operations and production departments to plan maintenance activities that minimize disruption.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, control costs, and report on key performance indicators related to maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced maintenance services when necessary.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and promote professional development.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.
