Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse

WKH North Campus Greenwood Road

Unit: 4W

Bed Capacity: 27 beds

Position Type:
Full-time

Shifts Available:
Night 7P-7A

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients in the telemetry unit.

* Monitor patients' vital signs, telemetry readings, and overall health status.

* Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

* Administer medications, perform wound care, and assist with procedures as needed.

* Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, medications, and lifestyle modifications.

* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

* Valid RN license

* New Grads welcome

* ACLS required.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
