REQ This job creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements in the Program. This job identifies resources needed and manages day-to-day operational aspects of the Programs and updates the team on a regular basis. Collaborates with multidisciplinary team and coordinates delivery of plan of care.

**** Education
* *** Required - Registered Nurse Diploma  Preferred - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
**** Work Experience
**** Required - 5 years nursing experience.
1 year supervisory experience
**** Certifications
* *** Required - Current RN License in the state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Preferred - Certification in clinical specialty area

** Job Duties
*** Manages implementation timelines, ongoing clinical and technical support, and development of site-specific education and improvement strategies.
* Conducts system and process reviews on targeted operational and service functions to validate or recommend implementation opportunities to improve productivity, customer service and/or quality of operations.
* Serves as a liaison to regulatory agencies and community partners and participates in meetings, conferences, in-services, as required.
* Serves as a team lead.
* Chairs committees as assigned.
* Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.
* Other related duties as required.
