You will supervise staff and ensure compliance with transplant procedures and policies. A Bachelor’s in nursing and an active RN license are required, with 3 years of related experience and BLS certification.
ABTC certification is preferred. Strong communication, self-direction, and flexible scheduling are essential to support a 24/7 transplant care environment.
