Nursing Assistant Position
Willis‑Knighton North is seeking a compassionate and dependable Nursing Assistant to deliver high‑quality patient care in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate is a team player who is flexible, patient‑focused, and committed to excellent attendance and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Record and document patient vital signs accurately
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
- Bed baths
- Meals and feeding
- Mobility and personal care
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and assist as needed
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient dignity and safety
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare team members
- Previous hospital experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated compassion and commitment to patient care
- Reliable attendance history
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Orientation is required upon hire
- Length of orientation will be based on the candidate's level of experience
