Job Title
Non-Supervisory ANM
DutiesNon-Supervisory ANM supports the NM with the operation of their designated unit(s). Provides coverage for other ANMs as needed. Responsible and accountable for the direction and oversight of specific orientation, training, development of staff, and evaluation of individual staff performance. Develops ability to function as a role model, educator, practitioner, and leader. Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team to remove barriers and implement new evidence-based cutting-edge programs/processes.
Drafting schedules and leave for final approval by the NM. Providing input into the performance of employees with the final evaluation completed by the NM. Assisting with making recommendations for selection of candidates for employment. Applying clinical knowledge/judgment to lead staff involvement in planning, decision-making, and evaluating outcomes; providing feedback to the NM who ultimately.

Pay:
