United Health Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to conduct clinical assessments for PH members, document in EMR, and coordinate care with PCPs. The role requires travel to member homes and clinics, evaluating vitals, and identifying diagnoses for optimized health outcomes.
Required are an active NP license in LA, certification from ANCC/AANP/AACN, and prescriptive authority or ability to obtain it post-hire. A BLS certification and clean driving license are needed.
