David Raines Community Health Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Scribe to provide basic and skilled nursing care under RN/NP/Physician. The LPN documents encounters in real time, inputs diagnostics, assists with exam rooms and patient intake, and supports high-volume patient flow.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, Louisiana LPN license, BLS certification, strong communication, attention to detail, EMR proficiency, and prior clinical experience.
