Certified Nurse Assistant
Willis Knighton Bossier 3 North is looking for a certified nurse assistant for a med-surg-tele floor to join our team on our night shift ). The nurse assistant needs to have been a certified nurse aide or is currently a certified nurse aide, or have worked in the health care field in the nurse aide role. This is a busy 36-bed unit and needs someone that likes to stay busy while providing care to a variety of different patients.
The job duties include taking vital signs, reporting abnormalities to the nurses, assisting patients with bathing, feeding, turning, toileting, patient care, and assisting nurses within their scope of practice.
The shift is a 12-hour shift, with an alternating pattern, which includes being off every other Fri-Sat-Sun. A general hospital orientation along with a 1 on 1 specific unit orientation is provided.
