Job Position: Wound Care Nurse (RN)

- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely, accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Skills: Strong assessment, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent collaboration across disciplines.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in wound care, medical-surgical nursing, or related clinical specialty preferred.
- Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWON, CWCN, or equivalent) preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
- Demonstrated knowledge of wound assessment, treatment modalities, and pressure injury prevention.
