Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical Telemetry Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses eager to grow their clinical skills while caring for a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage cardiac drips according to established protocols, but we do not titrate drips on this unit.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Accurately assess, document, and communicate patient conditions and changes
• Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and new graduates welcomed!
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and expand clinical knowledge
