LPN or LVN Plasma Donation Center

Join ABC Healthcare, supporting a Grifols plasma donation center as an LPN/LVN. In this on-site role, you'll conduct donor health screenings, obtain medical histories, and monitor donors before, during, and after plasma collection. You will administer injections, manage adverse reactions, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and uphold strict FDA and OSHA standards. Working within a collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll help optimize donor flow, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to innovative approaches that enhance donor experience and patient outcomes nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening, assessment, and health history of plasma donors
• Administer injections, monitor vital signs, and manage donor reactions
• Follow physician orders and clinical protocols for plasma collection
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company safety regulations
• Provide donor education on procedures and post-donation care
• Assist with quality control checks and equipment calibration
• Collaborate with center staff to meet collection goals and improve workflows
• Participate in staff training, competency checks, and continuing education
• Support infection control, cleanliness, and proper biohazard disposal
