Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse
We are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide specialized patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care, incorporating organizational values and goals.
- Assume responsibility for patient assessments, interventions, and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience, including 1 year in PCU.
- Current RN license in the state of practice (compact license acceptable).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
- Assignment involves night shifts of 36 hours over 48 hours.
