Shifts7:00 am - 7:00 pm
As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will:- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight within the household
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
- Lead and support CNAs and other household staff
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support resident-directed care and individualized approaches to care planning
- Mentor and guide team members while fostering accountability and teamwork
- Help create a home-like environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Requirements- Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing
- IV Certification required
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred (long-term care experience preferred)
- Commitment to person-directed care
- Dementia care and geriatric nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with EHR systems, Microsoft Outlook, and medical terminology
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
