Job Location:
The Guest House Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – SHREVEPORT, LA 71118.
Job Shift: Any.
Pay: $34.00 – $40.00 per hour. Additional certifications or education may qualify for a higher wage.
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday, 8–12 hour shift.
- Own weekend care for our 80+ residents, including several skilled guests.
- Ensure treatments are provided and care is given in accordance with our expectations and state/federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with therapy and ancillary teams to maintain each resident’s total care regimen.
- Lead by example, providing compassionate and efficient care, and set expectations for your team.
- Current RN license.
- At least two years of supervising RN experience in a long‑term care environment.
- Strong commitment to serving residents.
- Lead by example; your team follows your guidance.
