You’ll work approximately 40 hours per week (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), with potential overtime depending on workload and weather conditions.

Duties take place at various customer worksites, and employer-provided transportation is available between job locations. This position is suited to candidates with prior landscaping experience who are comfortable with manual labor, outdoor environments, and team-based field work. Optional worker-paid lodging assistance may be arranged for foreign or non-local hires.

• Lay sod and prepare ground surfaces for landscaping
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and green spaces
• Plant, water, fertilize, and care for shrubs and grass
• Dig, rake, and support general groundskeeping tasks
• Load, carry, and move tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas at all job sites
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Support team members to complete daily landscaping assignments

• Minimum 3 months of prior lawn care or landscaping experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Physically capable of bending, stooping, and working outdoors for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime when available
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
• Dependable work ethic and ability to follow job-site instructions
• Eligibility for H-2B seasonal employment
