Pay Rate: $23 per hr. on W2
Shift Timing
Candidates should be comfortable with a rotating schedule: 7/3, 7/4 rotating days and nights, 12-hour shifts.
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts
- You will work both day and night shifts based on the schedule.

Position Summary
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services by performing laboratory testing, quality assurance, fluid design support, and technical analysis. The role ensures products meet quality standards, supports service delivery, and follows all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance testing on company products.
- Prepare laboratory reports before service delivery at the wellsite.
- Support additive selection and fluid design activities.
- Provide technical support to engineers and product teams.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is clean, calibrated, and in proper working condition.
- Dispose of laboratory waste according to safety procedures.
- Prepare technical presentations for internal and external customers.
- Conduct regular laboratory audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain communication with Client Support Labs, operating locations, product centers, and the InTouch repository.
- Perform risk assessments before laboratory tasks to identify and mitigate safety or quality risks.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and quality procedures.
- Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Complete all required safety training.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a laboratory or quality control environment.
- Knowledge of quality assurance (QA) and laboratory testing procedures.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Understanding of laboratory safety and HSE practices.
- Laboratory-based work environment.
- Requires handling laboratory equipment and testing materials.
- Must follow strict HSE, quality, and PPE requirements.
- Collaboration with engineering, product, and customer support teams.
