Senior Property Manager – Commercial Portfolio
Shreveport, LA — $80,000–$90,000 Base + Full Benefits
Senior-level Role Includes- Oversight of multiple commercial properties
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lease negotiations and renewals
- Vendor contract management
- Capital improvement coordination
- Direct communication with property ownership
- Team leadership and staff development
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or related field)
- Strong financial and leasing background
- Property management software proficiency
401(k) match up to 5%, health coverage, sick accrual, and vacation time.
