Soma Intimates -  - 6535 Youree Dr - Responsibilities:
Analyzes sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs and executes in-store sales strategies with the Store Manager;
Establishes clear expectations and holds store team and themselves accountable for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.;
Controls payroll and supply budget, and ensures payroll accuracy and proper financial practices.;
Manages operational activities such as scheduling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and merchandise flow.;
Ensures compliance with laws and loss prevention policies and conducts associate training to reinforce controls.
