Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and shrink;
Greet, engage, and personalize service to guests, offering samples and recommending complementary products;
Conduct makeup demonstrations, skincare analyses, and lessons to MAC and Ulta Beauty brand standards;
Maintain active MAC clientele portfolio and participate in brand trainings and in-store events;
Maintain store and MAC area cleanliness and test testers in compliance with hygiene standards
