Licensed Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Sell property and casualty insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Process applications and assist clients with policy changes.

• Valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Proven sales experience in the insurance industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Base Salary

• Entry-level / Less experienced: $30,000 to $40,000 per year
• Mid-level experience: $40,000 to $55,000 per year
• Highly experienced / Top producers: $55,000+ per year
