Compensation

Hourly rate: $17 – $30 per hour (minimum wage guaranteed).
Additional incentives: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses and hourly premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, season, facility, or specific work performed.

This role focuses on the safety and security of associates, customers, and merchandise. Responsibilities include investigating incidents, applying critical thinking, and solving complex security problems.
