Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Security Patrol
As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Security Patrol in Shreveport, LA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity, reliability, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial office property.
- Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office buildings, parking areas, common areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious behavior and/or maintenance concerns, and document observations according to site procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with property management, tenants, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
