Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of chemical and petrochemical facility buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.;
Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verifying authorized entry in accordance with site requirements.;
Report hazardous conditions, unauthorized activity, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
