Job Overview Halls Heating and Air is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC/R Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients, along with commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork

Diagnose and repair system issues efficiently

Perform routine maintenance and inspections

Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations

Provide excellent customer service and explain system issues to clients

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Respond to emergency service calls as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

Must have your own toolsEPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with commercial HVAC systems

Knowledge of electrical systems and controls
