Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers through daily development activities and project execution.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality software applications that support business needs and long‑term scalability.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, including planning, architecture, implementation, testing, release, and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to quality, performance, security, and development best practices.
- Recommend process improvements, emerging technologies, and development standards to improve team efficiency and software reliability.
- Base salary: $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
