We’re looking for motivated, safety‑minded recent grads ready to hit the road. With hands‑on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.

• Hands‑On Training Program: 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
• Paid Orientation & Training
• Weekly Solo Pay: $1,200–$1,500 on average
• Home Time:
  Every 2 weeks
• Long‑Term Career Path with Ongoing Support

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Completed a 120‑hour CDL school
• Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
• No recent terminations within the past 6 months
• No Clearinghouse violations – SAP drivers not accepted at this time
