Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Shreveport, LA. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, staying organized, supporting inventory accuracy, and helping ensure products move efficiently between locations.
This position offers a steady Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, and the opportunity to become part of a team-oriented environment with supportive leadership and clear daily expectations. The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver will play an important role in receiving shipments, stocking inventory, preparing transfers, maintaining warehouse organization, and completing local deliveries as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and check in incoming package deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex, freight carriers, and other vendors.
- Verify LTL freight shipments and ensure products are accurately received and documented.
- Stock inventory in assigned warehouse locations and maintain organized shelves and storage areas.
- Pull transfer orders, prepare shipments, and support deliveries to other store locations.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized while following company receiving, stocking, and shipping procedures.
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. - Location:

- Receive, verify, stock, and organize incoming warehouse inventory.
- Pull transfer orders and prepare products for shipment or delivery.
- Perform cycle counts and support accurate inventory control.
- Make local deliveries as needed using company vehicles.
- 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, stockroom, delivery, or related experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Clean or acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday, including lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and accuracy when handling inventory.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience receiving UPS, Fed Ex, LTL freight, or other carrier shipments.
- Previous cycle counting, inventory control, or transfer order experience.
- Basic computer skills for inventory, receiving, or warehouse documentation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, construction supply, or industrial materials environment.
