NC Associates are working with a well-established and growing law firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership from their Shrewsbury office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional EA who thrives within a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing high-level administrative support.
The role would suit someone with previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative experience within a professional services or legal environment.
Executive AssistantKey Responsibilities
- Providing full Executive Assistant support to senior leadership
- Managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documents
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including minute taking where required
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Managing confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Supporting with project coordination and operational administration
- Assisting with event planning and client hospitality where required
- Ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed effectively
- Supporting the wider office with administrative tasks when required
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrator
- Experience with in legal or professional services would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Professional, approachable, and discreet
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Trustworthy when handling confidential information
