Lead and manage a crew of technicians on mitigation and disaster response jobs;
Perform initial loss inspections, moisture mapping, scoping, and structural assessments;
Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers, etc.);
Conduct water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and emergency mitigation following IICRC standards;
Complete accurate and timely job documentation, including moisture logs, photos, and required software entries (MICA and proprietary systems)
