School: Calvin Coolidge Elementary (K‑4)
Start Date: Aug 31, 2026
Salary: $280 per diem per day.

We are currently accepting applications for a Long‑Term Substitute Grade 2 Teacher for the 2026‑2027 school year. The role is available from August 2026 through December 2026 and will continue as needed through the school year.

We seek candidates who are invested in the achievement, equity, and access of all learners in and beyond the classroom.

• Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education license in Elementary, Grades 1‑6.
• Strong knowledge of elementary school student needs and programming.
• Exhibits the core values of Shrewsbury Public Schools.
• Works flexibly in a changing environment.

Submit a cover letter, resume, and official or unofficial copies of undergraduate/graduate transcripts. If applicable, include your license number or an unofficial copy of the license. Provide three current professional letters of reference, including one from a direct supervisor, professor, or evaluator.
