Tutor Doctor Position

Krsnadasa Inc. DBA TUTOR DOCTOR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an English, STEM, and Special Education Tutor for elementary students. This is a part-time, hourly position serving families in Shrewsbury and surrounding towns in Massachusetts. The Tutor will provide individualized instruction and ASD support to help elementary students achieve their academic and developmental goals.

$22 to $31 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Flexible schedule to support a healthy work–life balance

Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each elementary student's needs and learning objectives

Provide instruction in English, STEM, and Special Education subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies

Support elementary students with diverse learning needs, including ASD

Use engaging, age-appropriate teaching strategies and materials

Monitor and track student progress and provide regular updates to parents/guardians

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment

Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance

Minimum qualification:

High School Diploma;
Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education preferred

At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience in English, Math, and Special Education (ASD support) at the elementary level

Strong knowledge of current educational principles, teaching techniques, and curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of elementary students

Passion for helping young learners achieve academic success

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute to students' homes for one-on-one, in-person tutoring
