On‑site role in Springfield, MA (relocation assistance available). $100,000 annual compensation, paid weekly. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage begins on day one.
Responsibilities- Facilitating one‑hour life‑competency workshops covering public speaking, sustained focus, collaborative work, and feedback exchange, calibrating delivery and energy for Pre‑K through 8th grade developmental ranges.
- Conducting daily individual and small‑group coaching sessions where you analyze each student's adaptive learning app performance (via Coachbot analytics), establish clear objectives, and ensure they achieve 100% of weekly benchmarks.
- Administering and assessing Test2
Pass evaluations to verify genuine mastery of each life skill, distinguishing true competency from mere attendance. - Deploying focused interventions when students lag academically or in active participation—diagnosing underlying issues and constructing targeted recovery strategies.
- Cultivating authentic connections with each student, creating the trust foundation necessary for effective coaching through moments of resistance, distraction, and uncertainty.
- Delivering lectures or conventional academic lessons (core subject learning happens through adaptive platforms, not direct instruction from you).
- Creating original lesson plans or curriculum materials (Alpha supplies comprehensive life skills frameworks; you execute them with dynamism and narrative skill).
- Handling parent communications or administrative operations (Campus Leads manage these functions; your attention remains on student development).
- Evaluating homework assignments or preparing students for standardized testing (these elements are absent from our model).
- Operating independently without collaboration (you function within a campus team including Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who exchange feedback and maintain mutual accountability).
Key Responsibilities
Guarantee that every student in your cohort develops genuine enthusiasm for school, achieves mastery in critical life competencies, and reaches 100% of their academic objectives through adaptive learning technology.
Basic Requirements- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with Pre‑K through 8th grade students (in teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program leadership capacities).
- Demonstrated experience motivating or coaching Pre‑K through 8th grade students toward academic, behavioral, athletic, or extracurricular objectives, with at least one concrete example you can articulate (including the objective, your specific actions, and measurable outcome).
- Receptiveness to a coaching‑centered approach where academic instruction is delivered entirely through the learning platform. Your function is motivational guidance and development, not core subject teaching.
- Regular use of generative AI applications (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
- Availability for on‑site work at Alpha's Springfield, MA campus (relocation assistance available).
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Background in youth sports coaching, camp direction, or after‑school programming where you held direct accountability for motivating young people toward defined objectives.
- History of exceptional personal performance (academic distinctions, competitive athletics, or leadership positions demanding consistent excellence).
- Innate narrative skill: you can maintain Pre‑K through 8th grade students' focus for an hour without vocal escalation.
- Success engaging disengaged or reluctant students and converting them into active contributors.
- Experience supporting students who receive special education services.

Working with UsFull‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as Contractor of Record. Compensation is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
