Project Manager – Custom Engineering
Location:
Shrewsbury, MA (On-site)
- Support project lifecycle from pre-order sales support through final customer acceptance, ensuring alignment with standard work.
- Achieve key performance indicators:
Within Specification, On-Time, Within Budget. - Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers, managing expectations and updates throughout the project.
- Drive performance outcomes by meeting KPIs (On-Time, Within Budget, Within Specification) and managing multiple complex or strategic projects.
- Apply risk management principles to identify, mitigate, or present options for resolution to issues that impact quality, delivery or budget of the project.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, operations, process development or project management within the life sciences industry – with a focus on process engineering disciplines (process development, design, commissioning, and validation).
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of project management software (Basecamp, MS Project).
- Previous experience in performing equipment testing (FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification).
- 3+ years of industrial experience (biotechnology and pharma) in engineering or manufacturing operations.
- Practical application of pharmaceutical / biologics regulations.
- Travel up to 25% – international and domestic.
The annual salary range for this role is $95K-110K. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
