Plant Controller

Are you passionate about finance and have expertise in managing financial operations within manufacturing facilities?

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Controller to join our client and play a key role in overseeing the financial management of our production site.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial activities of the production site, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop accurate budgets, forecasts, and profitability improvement plans.
• Monitor the financial performance of the site, identify variances from targets, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze production costs, raw material and labor variances, and propose cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and present results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company internal policies, as well as implementation of internal controls.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, management, or related field.
• Relevant professional experience in a financial control or operational finance role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in management accounting concepts, cost calculation methods, and financial planning tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial management software (ERP, advanced Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
