This is a full-time, on-site Home Care Consultant role located in Northboro, MA. The Home Care Consultant will be responsible for building relationships with older adults and their families, assessing client care needs, and coordinating personalized care plans. Daily responsibilities include marketing services, meeting with potential clients, collaborating with Care Professionals, and liaising with community organizations to build awareness of Home Instead offerings.

The consultant helps ensure the delivery of high-quality care that supports aging with dignity in the comfort of home.

• Proficiency in Home Care, Elder Care, and the ability to develop customized care plans for older adults
• Strong Training skills with the ability to onboard, educate, and support Care Professionals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community organizations
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage care plans and address client concerns in a timely manner
• Previous experience in a healthcare, senior care, or social services-related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Social Work, Healthcare, or Business Administration is a plus
