Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions.
You'll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and to guide them on their path to recovery.
This is a frontline role at With You, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they're always treated with respect and dignity.
This position is offered on a full time, fixed term basis, until January 2027.Occasional Saturday working will be required to meet the needs of the service.
This role requires flexibility to work across Shropshire, including travelling out of county when required. You must have a driving licence, with use of a car, to be considered for this role.
