We are seeking a detail-oriented Report Coordinator to support the compilation, review, formatting, and delivery of scientific reports within a regulated research environment. In this role, you will partner with Study Directors and cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of study reports while leveraging technology and data visualization tools to present scientific findings effectively.

This position is ideal for an individual with strong technical writing, document management, and data presentation skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Compile and prepare electronic reports for assigned studies.

• Format data tables and organize scientific data for inclusion in study reports.

• Review reports to identify and resolve inconsistencies in text, data, and supporting documentation.

• Ensure protocol and amendment requirements are accurately reflected in final reports.

• Collaborate with Study Directors and project teams to support report quality and consistency.

• Develop and maintain sponsor-specific report formats and templates.

• Provide technical guidance regarding formatting of protocols, tables, and reports.

• Create pivot tables, graphs, figures, and other visual representations of scientific data.

• Compile draft and final integrated reports using data from multiple sources.

• Maintain knowledge of evolving technologies, systems, and reporting requirements.

• Participate in study-related meetings and contribute to process improvements.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Associate degree in Journalism, Computer Science, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.

• 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, editing, proofreading, publishing, scientific documentation, or data presentation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Experience working with document compilation, formatting, and file conversion.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze information and identify inconsistencies in data and documentation.

• Familiarity with scientific, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or research environments.

• Knowledge of medical terminology.

• Experience with preclinical study reports and electronic regulatory reporting requirements.

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat PDF software.

• Familiarity with systems such as Provantis™ and/or Business Objects.

The pay range for this position is $24-$28/hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
