Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Care | Shrewsbury, MA
$37 per visit | Flexible schedule. Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Visits can range from basic wellness visits to patient education on disease management, follow‑ups after MD visits, ordering supplies, wound care, medication management, and more. In other words—variety that keeps your clinical skills sharp and your day interesting.
Job Requirements- Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required
- Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Comfort using computers and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Previous home health or community‑based nursing experience
- Experience with wound care, chronic disease management, or catheter care
- A good sense of humor (because healthcare definitely requires one)
- Ability to navigate Massachusetts back roads without Google Maps (but we’ll accept Google Maps too)
