Schedule:

38.75 hours/week, Monday–Friday with rotating hours 8:00‑5:00 PM

• Provide direct patient care and telephone management.
• Document all aspects of patient care and patient education; report pertinent information to physician.
• Use nursing judgments and plans based on physical and psychosocial needs.
• Identify emergencies and initiate appropriate nursing orders/interventions; meet patient needs promptly; provide culturally diverse care.
• Manage patient care according to standards, including age‑appropriate standards; collaborate with multidisciplinary health‑care team.
• Incorporate organizational, nursing, and department‑specific policies, procedures, and protocols into patient care delivery.
• Complete all organizational and department‑specific nursing/clinical education competencies.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.

• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year RN/LPN experience.
• Phone triage experience.
• Experience with EMR systems (EPIC).

• Hourly pay range: $29.00 to $52.00 per hour, based on local labor markets, education, experience, certifications, etc.
