Review paper and electronic study data for completeness, accuracy, and GLP/SOP compliance.
Verify data entries, corrections, forms, and electronic records against applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrections with operational staff.
Interact with Scientists, QA, and department personnel regarding study data and documentation issues.
Archive, collate, organize, and maintain completed study records and documentation.
Assist with preparation and revision of department forms and data-review documentation.
Support basic laboratory activities, including inventory management, consumables/reagent handling, equipment operation, and routine laboratory documentation.
Perform work in accordance with GLP regulations and SOPs.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree preferred.
Experience or knowledge of GLP and SOP requirements for study data documentation and review.
Ability to review paper and electronic laboratory/study records for accuracy and completeness.
Basic understanding of scientific data collection, documentation, and correction practices.
Basic understanding of algebraic mathematics and scientific concepts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to maintain organized laboratory and study documentation.
Experience in a laboratory, research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated environment.
Familiarity with FDA GLP/GCP requirements and regulated study documentation.
Experience with electronic data review and laboratory record systems.
Experience handling laboratory consumables, reagents, inventory, and basic laboratory equipment.
