Part Time Associate Operations

Overview

• Oversee merchandise displays and store layout, creating eye‑catching displays to promote sale items, new merchandise, and exclusive designs.
• Monitor inventory to ensure sufficient stock and expedite processing of all merchandise.
• Own back‑of‑house execution, maintaining a clean, organized selling floor and stockroom.
• Assist with ongoing maintenance of the selling floor and fitting rooms, including resizing fixtures, placing go‑backs, executing markdowns, and signing fixtures and windows per company standards.
• Ensure proper display of merchandise in compliance with brand standards.
• Expedite merchandise transfers, customer sends, and returns to vendors with urgency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back‑of‑house areas; complete duties in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries and needs; assist on the sales floor when required.
• Adhere to asset‑protection controls and compliance procedures.
• Efficiently complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse duties within a retail or customer service environment.
• Proven time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency using inventory‑management systems; ability to operate radios, POS registers, ticket scanners and sensor removers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Adaptable and reliable under changing conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Passion for fashion and strong industry knowledge.
