Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Director of Admissions and Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD

Many enrollment positions prioritize volume. This position prioritizes standards. Alpha is developing one of the world’s most rigorous school models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology‑enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely outpace national learning benchmarks, supported by measurable data. Afternoons are dedicated to deeper exploration, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model is proven. But success depends on selecting the right families.

That is your responsibility.

You will lead the complete admissions process for a campus, managing every stage from application to enrollment. This is not a coordination role. You own how families engage with us, how well they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices reflect genuine alignment. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and recommend decline when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective.

Alignment is.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Leading the complete enrollment process for prospective families, from initial engagement to onboarding completion.
  • Facilitating exploratory conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or advancing to subsequent stages.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, with structured tracking and follow‑up discipline.
  • Directing campus visits, student shadow experiences, and enrollment dialogues that transparently convey results, standards, and model suitability.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Executing transactional or high‑pressure sales approaches.
  • Admitting misaligned families to satisfy enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing accountability for the family experience across multiple stakeholders.
  • Operating remotely. This position is on‑campus by necessity.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver a trust‑centered, selectivity‑driven enrollment process that attracts aligned families and safeguards the quality and efficacy of the Alpha model.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner‑operated service businesses).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial inquiry through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization framework.
  • Capacity to offer specific examples of advisory decision‑making, including instances where you counseled against your offering when misalignment existed.
  • Professional correspondence experience with senior leaders, high‑net‑worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets:
    Greenwich, CT;
    Boca Raton, FL;
    Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship.
Nice‑to‑Have Requirements
  • Background in selective private school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support capacities.
  • Track record developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity.
Compensation and Working Arrangements

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
